It is done with more of a personal touch through an individual account manager but after hour’s access can be a little difficult because of this. The website really does not have a sufficient contact page to say the least; even though they do offer limited web form, live chat and phone customer service contact. When we did need customer support the people doing it were very thorough and very knowledgeable.

One big drawback with EmpireOption is the fact that there really are no FAQ pages to speak of and this is something we feel is important for this web broker to address.

Making deposits with EmpireOption is relatively straightforward and there are a large variety of methods that can be used when making deposits. Deposits can be made using Visa, MasterCard, Neteller, Bank Wire Transfer, Payza, BBVA or Skrill Moneybookers. Different methods take different times and allow different amounts to be deposited.

As was previously mentioned, banking is very different on EmpireOption as far as withdrawals are concerned. Different account levels have different rules regarding withdrawal processing times and withdrawal amounts.

Our Final Thoughts

It’s true we found a few things that needed to be worked on by EmpireOption during our review but we must also say these were quite minor in nature. The overall quality of the trading platform and the educational tools on the website were outstanding. We have no problem whatsoever recommending that our many readers give EmpireOption a try if they like what they read here in this review.
